I'm getting rather over-excited by the impending arrival of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy film. I knew it was in the offing, but since various versions have been in development hell for years, I wasn't holding my breath. But apparently it's going to be out this year, around the end of April. From the look of the trailer, there are rather a lot of US actors in the main parts, but there's a Brit, Martin Freeman, playing Arthur and according to the IMDd, lots of quirky cameos and Alan Rickman as the voice of Marvin.
Could be terrible, could be wonderful, but definitely a must-see.
