It's sort of chicken paprikash. Not really curry, but a little spicy. Paprika, a little cayenne pepper, tomatoes and onions and some creme fraiche stirred in at the end.
I used to be a physicist, then a science communicator, then an events manager, then a student of English Literature. Now I'm a wife and mother and never entirely sure who I am, but I know God loves me.
